Collaboration

The Butler County Fire Chiefs' pride themselves on the collaboration between agencies within the county.  Some of the ways we do that is by joint purchasing.  When we purchase equipment and supplies, we reach out to the other departments for collaborative purchasing to lower the costs.  Another collaborative thing we do is partner together building operational guidelines that all fire/EMS agencies can operate from.  These guidelines allow for seemless operation of multiple agencies during incidents.  Below are some of the collaborative guidelines.
